Hi there,
friend of mine has a problem with his account (short story: can't log in).
He sent mail to 2Moons support, they made a ticket out of that. They requested some informations about the account, he provided that. Then they asked about his problem. He replied.
That was 2 weeks ago.
They did not respond, even when he sent a reply and then another one. He made a second ticket about the same thing - still no reply.
His account problem occured in early february (he did have to wait 1 week for the first reply) and now we have march.
What can he do if the support doesnt even reply to him anymore?
p.s. he is not a leecher-customer, he bought two 100% exp talismans, some blacksmiths and potions. I just don't get it.
